Home Birth Midwifery Model

Choosing care with The Way of Tradition means:

  • 1-hour-long prenatal visits at our home office in Cartersville with someone on our team

  • Nutrition support

  • Basic birth education classes, held monthly at our home office

  • Home visits at 36 & 38 weeks with someone on our team

  • Tubs for water birth

  • Midwifery support for labor, birth, and immediate postpartum

  • 24-48 hour home visit postpartum

  • In-office postpartum visits up to 6 weeks postpartum

Women who plan a home birth after cesarean (HBAC) are more likely to have a vaginal birth.
